Subject to Change is a 2001 49 Defever CMY (Cockpit Motor Yacht). She is 49 feet in length and has a beam of 15 feet. She draws 4 feet 7 inches and displaces 52,000 lbs. Her air draft is 23 feet high with the antennas down. Subject to Change is powered by twin Perkins M135 Diesel engines which are 135 horsepower each for a total power of 270 horsepower. Normal cruising speed is seven to eight knots which is eight to nine miles an hour. She stores 1100 gallons of Diesel and 370 gallons of fresh water.
